1) Tell me about the background of any shareholder who owns 20% or more: work experience, business experience, education, special skills, a resume or biography should be attached to a business plan.
2) What type of business do you have, ie what service or product do you sell?
3) Who is your target customer, how do you market to them, and why do they buy from you?
4) Is your market growing, what are the trends in the market?
5) Who is your competition, what are their strengths & weaknesses, and how do you compete against them?
